Dick is a 76-year resident; working for the Bethel Public Schools, retired from UPS after 35 years; current member Police Commission; past offices held include Zoning Board of Appeals, Charter Revision Commission, Police Commission, formerly a Special Police Officer; public service activities American Legion Post 100; Graduate, Bethel High School, served in the U.S. Army.  Dick and his wife, Theresa, have three children.
