Bob Cutting and his wife Elsa are 26-year Bethel Residents. They currently run a landscaping and snow plowing business. They formerly owned the local Super Coups franchise as well as having run the Candlewood Valley Bus Company, Brookfield division, which helped restore city buses prior to HART.  Bob is a graduate of Danbury High School and is currently a part-time minister.
